Occasions Tableware hire  
  • Prices quoted are for 24 hour hire, (week-end hire will be delivered/collected on Friday, the return day being Monday) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment, a 30% deposit on booking will be required, this deposit will be held against breakages or any replacement charges or cancellation fees incurred. Balance of payment is due on or before day of hire commencement.
  • Deposits, will be returned when all hire items have been checked.
  • Replacement, we do not accept substituted items for our equipment that are lost or damaged.
  • Cancellation charges will apply where reasonable notice has not been given.
  • Return Dirty, If you wish to return the equipment dirty, we do provide a washing up service, for this a 50% charge of the items will be charged, this service must be requested at time of booking.
  • Delivery, within the local area of Milton Keynes & Newport Pagnell, a £5.00 charge for delivery and £5.00 collection charge will apply, for other areas a cost will be given on request.
  • Deliveries are made to the nearest point of entry only.
  • Collection, you are welcome to collect orders from us by prior arrangement.
  • Orders, can be accepted by phone, fax or e-mail.
  • Checking of your order upon receipt is advisable, shortage claims will not be accepted after hire.
  • Injury, no responsibility will be accepted for any injury caused by use of the hired equipment.
